We offer this option for those who have files that exceed 5mb each. If you have smaller files, please go to our quote form and upload at same as submitting quote form. The procedures on how to upload your graphic files to our FTP site vary depending on whether you are using a PC or a Mac.

If you choose to use the FTP, it is critcal that you contact us via our contact form or call us at the phone numbers listed on the left.

Using Windows and Internet Explorer

PC users using Internet Explorer have it easy. No special software is needed to upload you files. Simply follow the steps below.

1) Click on ftp://ftp.mccormackprinting.com/incoming/
    (Note: Explore 7 users:  Click "View" menu and select "Open FTP Site
     in Windows Explorer" to initiate FTP module.)
2) Please compile all files into ONE zip archive before uploading.
     Windows XP has ZIP built in. With all files in One folder, right click the
     folder and scroll down to "Send To" and choose "Compress (zipped)
     Folder" This will create the archive. Upload only this one zip file.
3) Label archive with SHORT title, business first and project second.
     (Example: MPI_JohnDoeBC.zip. Keep file names very short too!)
4) Simply drag files from your Windows File Explorer window over to
     the FTP browser window. Once copied, You are done!
5) Use Project Form with specs and note that files are on FTP ready for
     processing or call MPI to let us know the files ready!

Using A Mac

If you are using a Mac you will need some sort of FTP client to upload your files. If you do not have an FTP client you will need to download one. We recommend downloading a trial version of CuteFTP. Consult the help menu or "read me" files for your FTP Client software to learn how to properly upload files to an FTP site. This will vary from program to program.

The same instructions for Windows uploads are similar for the Macintosh. Please save files in a ZIP archive, not Stuffit (.SIT) format.
